             We wish to submit this testimonial on behalf of Jeff Crockett.  Jeff’s assistance in the purchase of our home was very professional, helpful, informative, and well received.  When we first approached Jeff, we were unsure exactly when we would be purchasing, as we had not received a firm offer on our home.  His advice and willingness to assist was most appreciated. 

             When our home sold, we needed to move very quickly and close as fast a possible.  He not only smoothed the way for the purchase, but also assisted us in obtaining alternate financing for our home as our bank “dropped the ball.” 

             He worked with the seller, the mortgage company, and the title company to ensure we could move as quickly as possible.  All went smooth.

             Since we have moved into our new home, he has followed up with us to ensure everything is good and arranged for punch-list items to be completed by the builder. 

             He is a knowledgeable, enjoyable and happy person to work with and put your trust in and we would recommend him to others as well as call upon him again should the need arise.
