Kingman Arizona Commercial Property

Wal-Mart has started their Pre-Con meetings with the successful bidders on their 1.5MSF Commercial Distribution Center just south of Kingman Az. along I-40. No official announcement as to their start date as yet but when that happens we expect a large increase of buyer interest on land in the area for other Distribution Centers.
Fed-Ex announced that they will build a 2nd Commercial Distribution Center very close to Wal-Mart commerical property.
Nike is nearing completion of their well and fire system for their 500KSF Commercial Distribution Center also along the I-40 corridor further south near Yucca. Construction to begin shortly.
Med-Cath Hospitals has chosen Toll Brothers of Dallas TX to be the commercial contractor for their new Heart Hospital in Kingman Az.(107 bed, 70 completed and the balance for expansion) located 3.5 miles east of the Stockton Hill/I-40 interchange with Airway Ave. being their main access route.
The old Duval Mine, now owned by Mercator, is preparing to open again just NW of Kingman. There will be in excess of 300 jobs created.
Jim Rhodes' new water co., Utility Inc., is awaiting final approval from the Adminstrative Law Judge in Phoenix (expected within 2 weeks) and then final approval from the Arizona Corporation Commission so that he can start his Pravada project just south of Kingman (33,000 homes) and his Ranch at White Hills 45 miles NW of Kingman (16,000 homes). He is already 90% graded out on the Pravada project with 3500 +/- Home/Lot reservations.
